RRHH Digital Middle managers are directly below the upper level management and consist of the Department Heads, Branch Managers, Regional managers and Junior Executives. Middle managers are mainly responsible for implementing the policies and plans set by upper management, as well as coordinating the activities of all the departments.
They also prepare the short-term plans of their departments and explain any procedures given by the upper management to the supervisors. Therefore, these managers evaluate the performance of the Low level supervisors, delivering reports and other data to the top-level management.
