RRHH Digital Coaching is a tool designed to facilitate learning new behaviors for personal growth or professional advancement, where the coachee/client works on different areas guided by the coach while learning specific skills to achieve personal or professional goals. This includes but not limited to, development, change management and goal setting.
The structures, models and methodologies of coaching are numerous. The most common procedure is that in which, the coach asks questions and offers opportunities that will challenge the coachees to find answers from within him/herself. This facilitates the learner to discover new ways of being and behaving, based on their own personal values, preferences and mental map.
Coaching in the workplace, is very similar to sports coaching, where the coach will stand behind the employee to assist him/her, encouraging him/her to take the initiative and act. Being sufficiently trained can lead to success.
