RRHH Digital. Giving feedback to employees is providing them with information regarding their performance, allowing them to know how well they are carrying out work responsibilities and to improve work when necessary.
This should be a frequent communication process between management and employees in order to maintain a positive and more effective work environment. Managers and supervisors should know how to communicate constructive feedback to their employees giving them a clear idea about where they stand and what is expected.
Effective and constructive feedback involves having good listening skills and appropriate verbal and nonverbal communication skills. This is a good opportunity for managers to motivate their employees and should be given on a regular basis, either formally -through annual performance evaluations- or informally -through ongoing conversations.
