Also called contract of employment or contract of service is a legal document settled between an employer and an employee that lays out rights, responsibilities and duties on both sides. The contract is made as soon as the employee accepts a job offer and he/she must save a signed copy of the agreement to avoid future misunderstandings at a later date. Both sides, employer and employee, must stick to the contract of service until it ends, unless the terms have changed.
