Phone interviews can last from 10 to 25 minutes approximately and candidates should choose a suitable time and date, as well as a quiet place without any interruptions.
It’s recommended that applicants have in front their CV along with the job description and some prepared answers. As the communication is non-verbal, it’s crucial to have positive and elegant answers along with an appropriate voice tone.
