RRHH Digital. This type of communication refers to the one in which messages are transmitted verbally using sounds and language. Verbal communication, in combination with nonverbal forms of communication, is the primary tool that enables two or more people to exchange their desires, thoughts and ideas, including for example public speaking and interpersonal communication.
Additionally, it is further divided into oral and written communication. The first one refers to the spoken words in the communication process; it can either be face-to-face, over the phone or over the Internet. On the other hand, written communication can be either via post mail or e-mail and is currently the most common form of communication used in business. The effectiveness of written messages depends on the style of writing, vocabulary, grammar and precision of language.
