RRHH Digital Top Level Managers are the highest in the hierarchy. This level consists of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, President, Vice President and other C-level executives. These managers make strategic decisions and are responsible for the overall performance of the company. The main role of the upper level managers is to determine the objectives, policies and long-term plans of the organization.
They prepare the budget and schedules for the middle managers to implement; this level of management provides guidance and direction to accomplish strategic goals, yet is not involved in day-to-day activities.
