HR outsourcing, also known as HRO, is the process of sub-contracting human resources functions to an external supplier. HR activities are one of the many activities and departments that are popularly outsourced. Nowadays lots of small, medium and multilevel companies are using outsourcing as a part of their operations, thus they can focus on their core business and boost their competitive advantage over their competitors.
The external HR provider undertakes some -or all- of the issues related to employee managing and administering, including: recruitment and hiring, employee compensations, benefits, training and development and evaluations.
