RRHH Digital Strategic planning, in simple terms, is the process that an organization uses to identify their goals and how they are going to achieve them. This process has three basic components: planning, implementation and reviewing/monitoring.
The general idea of strategic planning is to look at the ideal “big picture”, while identifying all of the small steps that the organization needs to take to get there. This is done through a series of strategic planning sessions. In order to get the best results, each session must be carefully organized and carried out, with all key members of the team in attendance.
