RRHH Digital. Human Resources Departments handle and manage the needs of companies employees, from hiring processes to resolving differences between workers. HR is generally in charge of developing and managing employment programs, including salary compensation and job evaluation, training programs, benefits and promotion. In large companies there is generally one HR Manager for each one of these areas who reports to the HR Director. In smaller or medium companies the HR Manager may perform all the functions and works with an HR assistant to supervise the operations of the entire business.
Human Resource Managers must have solid communication skills and decision-making abilities along with critical thinking and analytical skills. No matter the size of the department or company, a Human Resource Manager should be able to execute each HR function if necessary.
