Our client, Value Retail, owner of La Roca Village, needs to incorporate a HR Trainee.
POSITION SUMMARY:
HR assistant is responsible to Providing support to the HR Business Partner and HR Director on all aspects relating to our staff in all the employee life cycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Joiners
Working with the People Services team to organise new starters, leavers and other people queries.
- Creating Value Retail contract, SAP and Data protection policy.
- Liaising with IT, office and People Services for equipment, place and access set ups.
- Managing the induction process and creating and participating in village orientation .
- Supporting finance with their queries about company car benefit.
Work Experiences
- Arrange Work Experience interviews and coordinating the interviews with the department.
- Dealing with queries from university and students before arrival and managing their agreements.
Benefits
Manage with our health insurance supplier to have updated our new joiners and leavers.
- Helping pension plan team updating them with all the information required (salaries, starting date, leaving date, sickness…)
- Managing the process for lunch vouchers with finance.
Invoices
- Coordinating with finance for ETT and suppliers invoices.
- Generate HR purchase orders and revise variance & budget report.
People
Take care of our physical & online people file and updating our data base.
- Supporting the team with any query they may have.
- Manage Maternity leave and cover paperwork.
- Liaising with with our Mutual accident at work Insurance Company.
- Create annual work Spanish calendar (For Barcelona, Madrid and Mallorca)
- Manage equality reports and revising people policies.
Payroll Support
- Creating all ADP forms to Payroll (Sickness, New Joiners, Leavers, Contractual modifications, etc).
- Manage and introduce HR variable data for payroll.
- Support payroll team with payment process locally.
Requisitos / Requirements
Posibilidad de firmar Convenio en Prácticas
Conocimientos de paquete office y nivel alto de Excel
• Formación en Relaciones Laborales y RRHH, ADE ó similares, con estudios finalizados o finalizando o cursando máster. Valorable Máster en RRHH.
• Inglés nivel alto.
• Persona organizada con iniciativa y ganas de aprender
• Edad mínima 20 años
• Full time
• Con prácticas previas en otras empresas (imprescindible)
