Psicotec Client is an international technology company leading in development of Android devices for TV and apps and is hiring a
HR Administrative (permanent) – Oporto (M/F)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CEO, will be responsible for HR Administrative Tasks such as:
• Writing Contracts;
• Dealing with IEFP internship procedures;
• Managing Social Security Processes;
• Doing Contacts with Universities for partnerships,
• Support the Recruitment and Selection Strategy of the company;
• Managing Databases;
• Writing and publish job ads;
• Conducting 1st job interviews;
• Support document management;
• Collaborate in Planning, Management and Organizational Strategies;
• Support the financial department.
Requirements:
• BSc or MSc on Social Sciences (HR Management, Organizational Psychology etc.);
• Previous experience in a similar position;
• Interest for Technology business area;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Fluent in English.
