- Candidate will be responsible for managing, designing and executing talent management projects for our customers.
- It will include assessment centre, development centre, interviews by competencies, coaching, etc.
- Any other human capital major area experience will be well received (compensation, organization, process, etc.)
Requisitos del puesto
- University Degree.
- Experience: 6-8 years as a consultant in well recognized HR consulting firms, as HR Business Partner or Development or Talent inside HR departments in very dynamic companies, preferably multinational.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Availability for travelling.
- Sales experience: preparing and presenting proposals, selling projects, etc. Interested in the business generation side of the consultancy work.
- Abilty to work with autonomy and report remotly.
