RRHH Digital Responsible for leading the strategy on Talent, Resourcing of the Opco, ensuring alignment with the global strategy and priorities as well as responding to the specific talent and recruitment needs of the local market.
1.Talent Management:
Implement global
talent management strategy in the local market (update/train excom, heads and managers on PD/talent management policies, tools and processes on talent management.
Implement local
strategy and action plans on talent according to our local needs, i.e. local talent adquisition programs and special talent management programs that Group cannot covered (i.e. Explora)
Define and monitor key priorities and KPI´s for the Talent Dashboard, ensuring alignment with global KPI´s and local market needs. Ensure agreement and cascade of Talent Dashboard KPI´s.
Conduct Talent
Review process for Band F together with the HRBP to ensure differentiation on Performance and Potential. Monitor, through his/her Talent & Resourcing team the Talent Review process for Bands F & G.
Ensure a proper
calibration of Rising Stars to make sure we get the “best of the best” at all levels. Follow up through Talent KPI´s the development, rotation, promotion and international use of these Talent Pools. Maximize international assignment opportunities
through global and local Talent Trading sessions
Nominate Rising
Stars for the Inspire and Excellence Programs Bands F and follow up on their completion and satisfaction
Partner with all
HRBP´s to ensure out Talent Adquisition and Development Programs are meeting their needs as well as support them through their implementation . Gather their feedback and build the programs and initiatives with them
2.Resourcing:
Define and determine Resourcing Strategy to meet business needs as well as global resourcing priorities
Define together with the HRD and HRBP´s, the selection KPI´s for commercial, non commercial and managers positions.
Define and ensure Selection Process for Heads is implemented ( talent committee, rising stars, cross functional director, etc…
Ensure, through his/her team, that the RPO, vendors and headhunters are meeting their KPI´s in time to hire, quality of candidates, employee experience, etc…
Monitor, through his team the execution of the different Talent Acquisition Programs such as Global MBA, Global Graduate program and Internship program
Monitor, through his/her team, the recruitment of contingent staff ensuring ETT agencies are meeting their time & quality KPI´s
Monitor, through his team Talent & Resourcing budget.
3.- Team Management:
Ensure he/she has the Best Quality Team, putting special focus on the resourcing of new talent & development team members, raising the bar on performance and potential and making room for talent when needed.
Keep his team motivated and resilient as well and engaged in new projects
Drive Innovation in his/her team being always open to new ideas. Actively explore other best practices outside of Vodafone
