RRHH Digital The job duties include the following, but not limited to:
* Responsible for delivering business-focused HR solutions that help drive Company culture.
* Define and execute the internal communication plan at several comitees (Ex. Health & Safety).
* Ensure that Company complies with all Labor Laws in all operating locations.
* Evaluate and evolve existing HR policies (hiring, travel, benefits, performance, worker compensation, relocation, …) as well as develop new policies.
* Manage all hiring activities for the Company and develop the needed recruiting and training channels.
* Prepare strategy to maximize HR productivity in the coming years.
* Promote employer of choice program trough motivating activities, employee assessment, etc.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer): – 5 + years international experience as HR Manager.
– HR responsible in a Manufacturer company.
– Experience will have been gained within a fast-paced global environment.
– Working knowledge of the Spanish human resources environment is essential to include advanced knowledge and application of labour legislation.
– Proven experience in benefits, recruitment, payroll, HR policies and procedures, Labor Law.
– Familiar with immigration employment regulation: expatriate, visas, permanent resident applications.
– Spanish and English excellent is a must.
Skills:
– Proven project management experience.
– Demonstrated ability to quickly answer to employee relations issues.
– Ability to work under pressure.
– Strong communications skills, both oral and written, to interface with managers, engineers.
– Knowledge Spanish labor law.
– Good analytical and problem solving skills.
– Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
– Understanding intercultural differences.
