RRHH Digital. Reporting to General Manager the candidate will be responsible of:
– Providing well qualified employees in time by best practice recruitment, development and retention systems.
– Enabling the managers of the operation to successfully fulfill their leadership function.
– Shaping the right working culture in the operation.
– Supervising the HR Administration tasks of the operation (payroll, social security, time management, personnel budget and forecast, etc.)
– Consulting and supporting the managing director and manager in all HR (and labour law) related issues.
– Responsible for the coordination of all legal cases concerning human capital in the Company
– Addressing on his own initiative leadership issues to all managers, implementing appropriate measures and acting as a coach.
– Rolling out global standards for HR processes and tools and takes care that they are properly applied.
– Taking a proactive and designing role especially to shape a perfomance-oriented and motivated working culture.
– Initiating and actively supporting change processes.
– Managing a results-oriented cooperation with the works council and unions (if existing).
– Taking initiative and making expert contributions in international conceptual projects to further develop and optimize the group-wide HR Management.
– Attending and representing the interests of the local operation in international HR meetings.
– Leading the local HR team.
– Support and foster a good and open communications strategy for the site such as:
o Organizing State of the company communications
o Notice boards, announcements and employee events
o Support the establishment of Management meetings
– Will support the Growing great people strategy and implement short term and long term training programs, building on Management skills and technical skills as well as social development
– Liaise together with Global HR Manager on projects such as New Hire introduction, Employee Survey, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development etc.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer): Degree in Law, Human Resources or similar education.
At least 5 years experience as a Human Resources Director in an international environment int he Industry Sector.
Excellent English skills in both verbal as written.
Competencies:
Strong communication skills both verbal and written, able to present and persuade in difficult situations
Organisational sensitivity: able to understand the different business influences and creative to support multiple cases through this.

Persistent and strong analytical skills
Strong sense on «the right thing to do» and able to «lead by example» on the companies values and competencies
