RRHH Digital. The HR Manager manages general human resources activities. He/she will work with leadership to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities. HR Manager will provide guidance to resolve supply/demand issues and will provide input into resource planning activities. He/she may manage a team of up to three HR Representatives.
Key responsibilities:
• Working with the leadership to understand business environment and work priorities to develop and execute innovative solutions to address current people management issues
• Managing the implementation and execution of major Human Resources processes according to geographic/entity guidelines
• Serving as an escalation point for complex personnel and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed to resolve personnel issues
• Overseeing training budget management
• Leading the implementation of people programs and initiatives
• Managing attrition/retention, analyzing trends through headcount and exit data and recommending appropriate course of action
• Managing and developing the HR Representatives team. Driving career management for the team
• Minimum 6 years HR related experience
• Undergraduate Human Resources Degree, or related experience
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
– Excellent English level
