– Implementation of Corporate & National HR models, processes and tools as well as guidelines.
– Ensuring induction and continuous training and people development.
– Responsibility for the HR administration and payroll of all team members within the country group according to country labor law, social and tax laws and requirements.
– Active involvement in international HR team and international HR projects.
– Ensures the development of internal talent and effective succession planning process.
– Analyzes and proposes the best and most efficient HR Departament structure.
– Coordinate and gives support in the HR areas in the international implementation.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer):
– Study of business administration, Psychology, Sociology or other related areas.
– Minimum of 7 years HR Management experience with working knowledge in all HR areas (recruiting, compensation & benefits, employee relations, administration & payroll, labor law, people development & training).
– Minimum 4 years management experience.
– Proven training experience.
